GOBI FRY RECIPE

WHAT IS GOBI FRY:

Fried Gobi is a fully veg recipe for those who do not even eating onions. This recipe is so easy and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to be ready. Rice is the best combo with Masala Gobi at lunch time but you can try it with anything you want to eat. INGREDIENTS:

*1cup - 250ml; *1tbsp. – Tablespoon; *1tsp. – Teaspoon; 

  • Cauliflower – 3½ cups
  • Turmeric (Haldi) powder – ¼ tsp.
  • Cumin (Jeera) seed – ½ tsp.
  • Cumin (Jeera) powder – 1 tsp.
  • Red chili (Lal mirch) powder – ¼ tsp.
  • Salt – as your taste
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp.
  • Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp.

INSTRUCTIONS:


1.  Cut a medium size cauliflower into small pieces.

2. Take a pan, add 2 cups water, put ½ tsp. of salt and ¼ tsp. of turmeric (haldi) powder into the water. When the water start boiling, add 3½ cup of chopped cauliflower on the water and cook for 4 minutes.

3.  After 4 minutes, drain the water form cauliflower and keep them in a bowl.

HOW TO MAKE GOBI FRY:


Step 1:Take a pan, put 2 tbsp. of oil on pan, heat the oil, add ½ tsp. of cumin (Jeera) seeds on oil, fry cumin seeds until is cracked all.

Step 2: Now add 3½ cup of boiled Cauliflower (Gobi) on the pan, fry them on low heat for 5 minutes.



Step 3: After 5 minutes, when it will be a little soft, add ¼ tsp. of red chili powder, 1 tsp. of cumin (Jeera) powder and salt as your taste, fry and roast all the things for another 5 minutes.

Step 4: In that stage add ½ tsp. of Garam masala on it, mix them all and off the heat.

Step 5: Fried Masala Cauliflower (Gobi) is ready to be served. Enjoy your veg dish with your meal.
