VEG PANEER FRIED RICE 

Rice is daily main course for most of the Indians. They prefer to eat their Lunch meal with rice or roti. Basically rice helps to balance with other side dishes and make the whole meal delicious, tasty and satisfied for all. Try this recipe by using few easy steps with Recipes and cook .

Today we will make Veg Paneer Fried Rice.

INGREDIENTS:

*1cup - 250ml; *1tbsp. – Tablespoon; *1tsp. – Teaspoon; 
  • Rice (Basmati Rice) – 2/3 cup
  • Carrot – ¼ cup
  • Peas – ¼ cup
  • Paneer – 50 gm
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Cashew – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Bay leave – 1piece
  • Dry red chili – 1 piece
  • Raw garam masala – 2 cloves, 2 cardamoms and 1 inch cinnamon
  • Water – for boiling rice
  • Salt – as your taste 

Follow these steps to make Paneer Fried Rice

PREPARATIONS:

1.  Take a 2/3 of water on a pan, put raw garam masalas (2 cloves, 1 cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon) on water and boil it. Now wash the rice and put it on the boiling water. Cook it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain the water and spread the boiled rice on a plate for rest.

**Tips: we will cook the rice up to 70%.

2.  Now in meantime we will chop carrot and peel the peas, wash them well. Take a pan, put 2 cups of water and boil them for 2-3 minutes. After being boiled take them out in a bowl.

3.  Chop Paneer into small pieces.


RECIPE:

Step 1: Now a big pan, heat it, add 1 tbsp. of oil on it. Now add the Paneer pieces and fry them in golden color, take them out on a plate.


Step 2: Put the bay leave and dry red chili on same pan, fry them for ½ min and add the boiled vegetables and cashew on pan. Fry them all for 3-4 minute and then add the rice on it.


Step 3: Now slowly mix them all, add fried Paneer salt as your taste, 1 tbsp. of sugar and fry for another 2 minutes. Now add 1 tbsp. of ghee and off the heat.


Paneer Veg Fried Rice is ready to be served. Enjoy this main course as your lunch or dinner with Chicken, Chole Masala or anything you want. Try this veg recipe and taste the Indian cuisine.
