INGREDIENTS:


*1cup - 250ml; *1tbsp. – Tablespoon; *1tsp. – Teaspoon; 
  • Chicken – 400 gm
  • Carrot – ½ cup
  • Onion – 1 medium size
  • Green chili – 2 to 3 pieces
  • Ginger – ½ inch
  • Garlic – 3 pieces
  • Raw Papaya – 1 cup
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1½ to 2 tsp
  • Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Water – 2 cup 

Follow these steps to make Chicken Stew

PREPARATIONS:

1.  Take small cut pieces of chicken for this recipe and wash them very well.

2.  Cut the all the vegetables in small pieces.   


RECIPE:

VEGETABLES FOR STEW


Step 1: Take a pressure cooker, preheat it a bit. Now brush the cooker interior by using a brush and oil. Put 3 tbsp. of oil and heat it.


Step 2: Put the chicken pieces on the cooker and fry it for 4 to 5 minutes, after 5 minutes add the all vegetables in the cooker and fry them for another 3 to 5 minutes.


Step 3: In that stage add ½ tsp of black pepper and 2 tsp of salt on it and add 2 to 2½ cups of water on it. Put the lid on and cook for 3 whistles on low heat.


Step 4: After 4 to 5 minutes open the cooker lid. You can adjust the soup by boiling on high flame after cooked on cooker. Add some butter for additional taste and flavor. Healthy and tasty hot chicken stew is ready to be served.
