TOTAL TIME TO MAKE MANGO SHAKE:

INGREDIENTS:

1cup-250ml/230gm; *1tbsp.–Tablespoon; *1tsp.–Teaspoon; 

  • Mango pulp – 2/3 cup
  • Jaggery powder/sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Black salt – ¼ tsp
  • Milk – 1 cup (creamy milk)
  • Cashew – 6 pieces

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.   Choose sweet and ripe mango, if you couldn’t get it, use more sugar and salt to balance it.

2.   Always choose chilled milk to make it.

3.   If you have mango essence use 1 tsp to get better smell of mango.

4.   Use juice container (large one) of your mixture grinder to prepare the drink.

5.   Instead of jaggery you can choose 2-3 tbsp. of condense milk as sweetener.




HOW TO MAKE MANGO SHAKE:


Step 1: First peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. We don’t need the seed so put it aside.

Step 2: Here I have taken 500ml of milk and boiled it up to 250ml. let it cool down, and then put it into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3: First pour 1 cup of milk & jaggery powder into a juice jar. Blend them for 1 minute. Now put the jar into the refrigerator for another 10 – 15 minutes.

Step 4: Put the mango slices & cashews into the milk jar. Add ¼ tsp of black salt into it. Blend them all for 1 – 2 minutes. Your mango shake is ready to drink.
