WHAT IS SANDWICH:

Sandwich is a easy to go food for many people which is eatable for anytime of a day. Here I am going to make simple veg sandwich. I prefer to make sandwich in my breakfast. It is easy to prepare, less time consuming & most importantly, all the ingredients you can find easily at your kitchen.

TOTAL TIME TO PREPARE VEG SANDWICH:

INGREDIENTS:

*1tbsp.–Tablespoon; *1tsp.–Teaspoon; 

  • Bread – 4 slices
  • Cheese spread – 4 tbsp.
  • Butter – 2 tbsp.
  • Cucumber – 1 big
  • Tomato – 2 big
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Black salt – 1 tsp

 

INSTRUCTIONS:


1.   Here I am using cheese spared, other type of cheese like cheese slice or cheese block goes well. Skip it if you wish.

2.  I have chosen cucumber & tomato as vegetables for this recipe. You can choose your own favorite one.

3.   If you have sandwich maker then use it for recipe. In that case assemble all the things and put it into sandwich maker.

4. Always use big slice breads for sandwich making.




HOW TO MAKE VEG SANDWICH:


Step 1: First we have to slice cucumber & tomatoes in circular pieces.

Step 2: Take a tawa, toast your bread slices on low flame for 2-3 minutes each side. Use toaster if you have one.

Step 3: Spread cheese on 2 bread slices & butter on other 2.

Step 4: Put some veggies on one side of the bread. Sprinkle some black salt & black pepper on it. Cover it with the other bread slice.

Step 5: Then put sandwiches into oven for 2 minutes in microwave mode. Your hot & healthy breakfast is ready.
