In today’s time cake has made a place in our bite of food. We used to buy cakes only on anniversaries or birthdays. But now we don’t need any special occasion to make it at home. Today’s my recipe is all about the mango cake recipe. This is a season of mango. By using sweet mangos I have tried many recipes. My family loves this cake and that's the reason I eagerly wanted to share this mango cake recipe to everyone that they can also make it for their family. This cake has delicious mango flavor & spongy texture.

INGREDIENTS:

*1cup_250ml/230gms, *1tbsp._Tablespoon, *1tsp._Teaspoon 

  •  All purpose flour – 1½ cups
  • Mango Pulps - 1 cup
  •  Milk – ½ cups
  •  Sugar – 2/3 cups
  •  Baking soda – 1 tsp.
  •  Baking powder – 1½ tsp 
  •  Vegetable oil – ½ cup
  •  Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Mango essence - 1 tsp.


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Before using the sugar you can grind it by using the mixer grinder or use powder sugar.

2. Always strain the flour before using it for any purpose.

3. If you want, you can add some nuts or tutti frutti to make it more flavorful.

4. Instead of vegetable oil, you also can choose butter.

5. Choose sweet mango for this recipe. We need 1 cup sweet mango pulps here.




HOW TO MAKE MANGO CAKE:


Step 1: Take a mixer jar, now put 1cup of mango pulps, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of oil, 2/3 cup of sugar &  1/2 cup of milk into it. Then blend it for 2 minutes.

Tips:  If you have electric beater you can use it, here it will take 5-10 minutes to get creamy.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into a big  bowl. Whip it using a whipper.

Step 3: Add 1½ cup of flour little by little into the mixture and mix them all together.

Step 4: Add 1 tsp. of baking soda & 1½ tsp. of baking powder into the mixture. Bind them all using the whipper.

Step 5: Grease a baking tray with oil or butter and pour the cake batter into it.

Step 6: Preheat your oven at 180 °C in convection mode. Now put the tray into the oven to bake it for 40 minutes.

Tips: After 30 minutes check your cake. Use a stick or fork and put it in middle of the cake till the bottom and bring it back. If it comes clean then your cake is ready, else we need to bake it for another 5-10 minutes.

Yes, you can make cake without oven. Actually I have made cake without oven and it came out perfectly. In that case 1st you have to make you cake batter using my recipe. Then put it on a butter brushed tin. Now take a thick based tawa/kadai, put ample amount of salt to cover the pan/ kadai base. Then put the tin on it & Cover the tawa/kadai by a lid. Bake for 35 minutes on low flame. Your cake will be ready.

Which is the most delicious cake?

Most delicious cake is depends on individual people’s taste. For me the most delicious cake is banana cake. I love banana cake. It has a unique banana texture & obviously the smell of banana.

How do I make a moist cake?

Moist cake is fully depends on the cake’s measurements. If you have used less oil on your cake then your cake will be hard and sticky. I thing measurement is the only key to make a perfect cake.

How do you bake a cake step by step?

To make a cake you should follow my recipe step by step. If you do so, your cake will come out as awesome as mine. To make the cake perfectly only follow the correct measurements as mentioned in my recipe.

What makes a cake light and fluffy?

I have a trick to make my cake light & fluffy. For this, we need to use our juice jar of mixer. Now blend the all ingredients (oil, egg, milk, sugar) together for 2 minutes. Then take it out into a bowl, add flour, baking powder & soda into it & mix them all. You will see the difference after following the process.
